• All rates include a full breakfast however we also can rent our rooms without breakfast, please call for rates. Due to cancellation we still have availability during the ironman week, min. stay 5 nights.

• We have 1200 ft of lakeshore. (high Bank) accessible by trail path. And our own winery!
• All rooms have a private ensuite bathroom, deck, and fridge, own entrance. Shared BBQ, kitchenette, sitting area with fireplace, TV, VCR, and library.Superhost certified host. Internet access 24 hrs. Please bring your own laptop. In room coffee makers.
• Close to golf, fine dining, shops, beaches and wineries.Unit is also available as a self-contained suite, please inquire for rates. .
• Large 2 bedroom suite, self-contained with private entrance and decks. Rates from $175.00 - ( 2 pers.) - $225.00 per night. No breakfast ! Still availability in June!
• Only 15 mins. to Penticton and 40 mins to Kelowna.

Check In/Check Out : Check in time is between 3.30 and 6.30 pm. Check out time is 11.00 am.
Cancellation : Cancellation policy is 14 days, less $35.00 for B&B. 30 days for 2-bedroom suite less 1 nights deposit.
Seasonal Information : Open year round. 2 Bedr. suite available during the month of June and between August 17 & August 23. 3 nights minimum stay please.
